01. Products
What materials are used to make the tiki torches and stoves
every item is handmade using high quality mild carbon steel between 22G AND 14G material. Our products are then Welded and powder coated for a very durable finish. for OUTDOOR USE ONLY. These metal items will rust over time if left out in the elements. please wait for the stoves and tiki torches to cool down and store in a dry place when not in use.

Drive the tiki poles down at least 6″ to 12″ in firm ground. check for firmness in the ground and make sure the poles are secure and will not tip over. DO NOT USE IN WINDY CONDITIONS because the tiki torch may tip over in windy conditions. never leave tiki torches unattended while burning. PLEASE SEE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE TIKI TORCH PRODUCT PAGE.

02. Shipment
When Will I receive my order?
Our products ship from Wichita, KS. Once your order is placed we will process and prepare your items for shipping. Please expect 7 to 14 days to receive your order.

We use standard shipping methods within the continental US that include USPO, FEDX, UPS and AMAZON.

Receiving your shipment
Please inspect packing and all the contents for damage. Please let the shipping carrier know if you notice damage to the packaging and its contents – PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS OF THE PACKAGE DAMAGE AND DAMAGED ITEMS. Call us immediately if you have any damage to the items received. We will file a claim with the shipper and ship out replacement items once we contact our shipper.

Damaged items
Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, broken, or unsattisfactory item. Each item is handmade and will vary from item to item. Please expect to see unique handmade characteristics in the finish and fabrication of these items. sizes can vary slightly from item to item.

if for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with our products please contact us so we can repair, replace or return your items for a refund. You must call us to start any return or exchange procedures. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
